Aaron Lintz

Aaron Lintz is an experienced sourcing and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and operations. Lintz has held various positions including Sourcing Specialist at Black & Veatch, Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer at BECU, and multiple roles at Thoughtworks, such as Lead Talent Operations and Lead Recruiting Program Manager. Lintz is also a co-founder of Sourcing Challenge and served as Manager of Recruiting Software and Systems at Snow Software.
