Colin Camac

Colin Camac is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and sales sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Sales at Blackbird Labs, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Colin held the position of Senior Regional Director for Resy, American Express Global Dining Network, from December 2016 to December 2022. Colin also gained valuable experience as the General Manager at Dizengoff NYC, a fast casual hummus restaurant spinoff of the acclaimed Zahav, from February 2016 to October 2016, where responsibilities included market expansion. Earlier in the career, Colin was a Managing Partner and General Manager at Fatty Crew from September 2005 to January 2016, overseeing operations across multiple restaurant units.
