Bernard Arce

Bernard Arce is an experienced fleet management professional currently serving as Fleet Manager at Blacklane since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bernard held the position of Operations Manager at Al Wegdaniyah Transport Solutions for a brief period in late 2022. Bernard also contributed to Thrifty Car Rental UAE as Assistant Operations Manager from September 2019 to April 2022 and spent over a decade at Hertz in various roles, including Customer Service/Regional Branch Operations Supervisor and Fleet Operations Supervisor. Additionally, Bernard gained early experience as a part-time HR Assistant at United Arab Emirates University and as a full-time Pastoral Worker with Couples for Christ GMFI. Bernard holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Batangas State University, earned between 1996 and 2001, and attended the University of Batangas from 1992 to 1996.
