Alex Duffy

Alex Duffy currently serves as Vice President at BlackRock, focusing on Private Debt for the EMEA region with a specialization in Venture and Growth Lending since August 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at Kreos Capital from August 2022 to July 2023, including Vice President and Senior Associate in Equity. From July 2017 to July 2022, Alex worked at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. as a Growth Equity Senior Associate, responsible for sourcing, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing operational support to portfolio companies. Key investments include Bark Technologies, Shipfusion, and Circle Cardiovascular Imaging, where Alex served as Board Observer.
