Alexis McKeown

Alexis McKeown is a seasoned professional in end user support and digital operations, currently serving as Director of End User Support at Capital Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Alexis held multiple leadership positions at BlackRock from July 2010, including Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Workplace Operations, where responsibilities encompassed employee-facing operations teams, including service desk and systems management. Additional roles at BlackRock included Director of the Process Automation Center of Excellence, focusing on robotic process automation and machine learning, and Director of Digital User Experience for the Americas, emphasizing high-performance team building.
