Andrea Castano

Andrea Castano is an accomplished professional with a background in business analytics and extensive experience in the finance and operational sectors. Currently serving as a Global Markets COO Analyst at Bank of America since July 2021, Andrea previously held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer at ALPFA, Inc., where networking events for the Latino community were orchestrated. Prior experience includes serving as a Building Manager and Welcome Desk Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, a summer analyst role at Bank of America, and an intern in the finance department at Banco Guayaquil. Andrea also participated in the BlackRock Find Your Future Forum and was recognized as a KPMG Case Competition Winner. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a high school diploma from Colegio Aleman Humboldt de Guayaquil.
