Dick Cavanagh

Dick Cavanagh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Harvard University, Cavanagh has held the position of Chairman of the Boards (non-executive) for BlackRock Mutual Funds since 2007 and has been a Director at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and a senior advisor and board member at Fremont Group since 1997. Additionally, Cavanagh was the National Board Chair for Volunteers of America from 2007 to 2017 and served as a Trustee and Chair of the Board at ETS from 1995 to 2009. Cavanagh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BA in Social Studies, focused on politics and economics, from Wesleyan University.
