Kristen Coletta

Kristen Coletta, CFA, has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Multi-Asset Solutions & Strategy COO and Fixed Income Business Manager/COO at BlackRock since September 2015. In this role, Kristen oversees Fundamental multi-sector portfolio teams and manages fixed income platform projects related to investment processes and operational risk. Prior to BlackRock, Kristen held leadership positions at Barclays Capital, including Vice President of Securitized Products COO, where management of strategic projects for various trading desks was a focus, and Associate Vice President of Commodities Sales COO, where contributions to strategic initiatives and business management were key. Kristen began a career in finance as a Rotational Finance Analyst at Lehman Brothers after earning a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Finance and International Business and minors in Economics and Spanish from Villanova University.
