Pallavi Priyadarshani is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards and Compensation, currently serving as the Head of Rewards for BlackRock in India since September 2024. Prior to this role, Pallavi held the position of Vice President - Compensation at Investcorp, where management of the Carried Interest and Co-investment Compensation plan was key. Experience also includes serving as Sr. Manager - Total Rewards for Expedia Group, where oversight of compensation and benefits programs for the APAC region was essential. Previous roles include Senior Manager - Total Rewards at Exl Service Private Limited, focusing on bonus and sales incentive plans, and Group Lead – Workforce Analytics at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where a robust analytics framework to reduce employee turnover was developed. Early career experience as a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates LLC involved compensation benchmarking and incentive valuation projects. Pallavi holds an MBA from MICA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
