Pamela Daley

Pamela Daley is a board member at BlackRock and has over 20 years of experience in management, education, and training. Pamela has developed and implemented programs for new hires, customer service, skills certification, management skills, coaching, team building, motivation and technical programs. Pamela has also been successful in developing and facilitating a 2-day management class for Program Directors, Campus Directors, & Regional Directors for local community college.

Pamela Daley has an Associate’s Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Northwestern University. Pamela also has Technical 5 licenses from SDA Technical School in Training and Management. In addition, they have certification from the Daley Group, LLC as a Professional Motivators Analyst, Professional Behaviors Analyst, Certified Strategic Leadership Coach, Certified Strategic Facilitator, and Certified Presentation Skills Instructor.
