Yang Lin

Yang Lin has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Head of Asia Pacific at BlackRock since May 2018. Previous roles at BlackRock include positions as APAC Talent Practices lead and Head of Talent Acquisition Governance and Performance. Prior to this, Yang Lin worked as an HR Analyst and Intern at BlackRock and gained project management experience at Sirota. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Baruch College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Macaulay Honors at CUNY Baruch College, along with studies at Copenhagen Business School and Shanghai University. Yang Lin is a graduate of The Bronx High School of Science.
