Zokhruf Omer

Zokhruf Omer is a seasoned legal professional and educator currently serving as a Lecturer in Public International Law at Blackstone School of Law & Business since October 2023. With extensive experience in corporate and legal affairs management at Chand Bagh Foundation (Guarantee) Ltd. since September 2015, Zokhruf specializes in drafting policy documents and ensuring compliance in financial reporting. As an organizer for Legal Hackers Lahore, Zokhruf contributes to a global movement that tackles the intersection of law and technology. Previous academic roles include lecturing on criminal law at Business and Law School and various law subjects at The University of Lahore and University College Lahore. Zokhruf holds multiple degrees from the University of London, including a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law, and has a background in political science, journalism, and English literature from the University of the Punjab.
