Cody Cowan

Cody Cowan has extensive experience in private equity, currently serving at Blackstone since May 2024. Previously, Cody held the position of Vice President at Thoma Bravo from 2019 to March 2024 and contributed as a board member to multiple companies, including Veriforce, MeridianLink, Zipari, Syntellis Performance Solutions, Greenphire, and Cority, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic directions and acquisitions. Significant achievements include leading acquisitions of several entities, such as the Connected Analytics Division of Change Healthcare and Medaptive. Cody began a career in private equity at Leonard Green & Partners from 2017 to 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
