Nancy Korb

Nancy Korb is a seasoned Human Resources Executive currently at Blackstone since January 2022. Prior to this, Nancy served at J.P. Morgan from April 2011 to January 2022, where roles included Global Head of Wealth Management Human Resources, and various senior HR business partner positions within Global Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking. Nancy also held senior HR positions at Citigroup from April 2002 to April 2011, providing strategic support and counsel across multiple divisions, and participated in the 2008 Developing Talent Program for high-potential women. Nancy's career began as a Compensation Analyst, enhancing overall compensation processes and analytics. Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Economics from Columbia University and a Master's in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
