David Bender

David joined the family business of Blake Construction Co., Inc. in 1983, and served in numerous positions including Field Supervisor, Project Manager, and Vice President of the construction division. He then moved to the real estate division in 1987, having vast experience in property management, project management and field construction of commercial development/construction.

David brings a third generation of the Bender’s family leadership to the management of the company, and together with the Executive Vice President sets management policy and develops the strategic business plan for the ongoing and future success of the Real Estate Division.
