John Chi

John Chi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and leadership development. Since September 1999, John has served at The Ken Blanchard Companies in various capacities, including Global Resource Master Trainer and Global Master Resource Trainer, specializing in Situational Leadership II, Situational Self Leadership, and several other training programs. John delivered over 600 training sessions for more than 200 clients. Prior to this role, John was a Director at Delphi Automotive Systems from 1997 to 2007. John holds a Master's degree in Economics from Jilin University, which was completed in 2008.
