John Hester

John Hester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and training. Currently serving as a Senior Consulting Partner and Solutions Architect at Blanchard since August 2006, John collaborates with clients to enhance leadership capabilities and foster cultural change while leading international consulting teams for global organizations. Prior to this role, John spent six years at Nike as the Director of Learning and Development, overseeing training and development strategies for personnel within the Global Operations and Technology sector. John's career also includes a significant tenure at Unisys, where, as Senior Manager of Support Operations, John managed a large team in various support functions and previously led training and development initiatives. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, a Master's degree in Adult Education from Oregon State University, and has completed Doctoral Studies in Business Administration at George Fox University.
