Shary Hauer

Shary Hauer is the CEO of MCC and the founder of The Hauer Group, Inc., where a focus on activating clients' highest selves and enhancing emotional and spiritual intelligence is prioritized. With over 25 years of experience in coaching and management training, Shary serves as an Executive Coach with Blanchard, contributing to the development of effective management practices globally. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AT&T and various strategic positions at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, marketing communication, and overseeing promotional efforts. Shary's career began at Carlson Marketing and State Fidelity Savings and Loan, following the attainment of a BA in Communications from the University of Dayton and training through the International Coaching Federation.
