Silas Roland

Silas Roland has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Rental Account Development Representative and previously as an Inside Rental Manager and Inside Sales at Blanchard Machinery since August 2016. Silas has a proven track record in training and managing new sales representatives, providing excellent customer service, and handling the rental process for construction equipment. Prior experience includes roles at Herc Rentals as a Senior Sales Coordinator and Sales Representative from August 2013 to August 2016, and at SIRS INC where responsibilities included online sales and inventory management from July 2009 to August 2012. Silas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Newberry College, completed in 2013.
