Nicole Schneider is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education administration and student support. Currently serving as the Manager of Risk Management at Blanchard Valley Health System, Nicole previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Accommodation and Academic Support Center at The University of Findlay, where coordination of accommodations for over 235 students was achieved, and the implementation of efficient exam proctoring processes for 1,300 exams per semester. Additional roles include Director of Accommodation and Inclusion at Heidelberg University, Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, and Assistant Director of Student Involvement at Ohio Northern University, among others. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ashland University.
