Eric Brown

Eric Brown is a seasoned business litigator currently serving as Legal Counsel at Blattner Company since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Litigation Associate at Lathrop GPM LLP, where expertise was developed in areas such as complex commercial disputes, real estate, employment, construction, and shareholder litigation. Eric also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota for five years, representing public officials and government agencies throughout all stages of litigation. Earlier experience includes clerking for the Honorable Kevin G. Ross at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and various legal internships, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota.
