Tamara Faas

Tamara Faas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and shared services management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager - Accounts Payable at Blattner since October 2023, Tamara previously held the position of Finance Manager at Medtronic, where leadership was provided to a team of analysts and accountants. With a strong background at CHS Inc. and Lifetouch, Tamara successfully led complex projects, implemented systems for workforce management, and restructured teams to enhance internal controls and efficiency. Tamara's early career at Boston Scientific/Guidant involved establishing the AP Shared Services team and promoting professional development among team members.
