Corey Best, MBA, CBE, PMP, possesses extensive experience in clinical operations and investment within diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Black Venture Institute Fellow at BLCK VC, Corey actively contributes to enhancing representation in venture capital through the Cap Table Coalition. In the role of Senior Director of North American Study Operations at Sobi, Corey leads observational studies and collaborates across teams to ensure operational efficacy. Previous positions include Clinical Operations Lead at Biogen and Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Athenex, where Corey guided clinical trial management and regulatory efforts. Corey's educational background includes an MBA from Duke University and advanced degrees in Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Campbell University.
