Erin Lantz

Erin Lantz is the Chief Revenue Officer at Ethos Life since April 2020, overseeing go-to-market strategy and operations, including B2C and B2B sales. Lantz serves as a Board Member at Blend, chairing the Compensation Committee, and at TrueCar, chairing the Nominating & Governance Committee. Lantz has also held advisory roles at Qualia Labs, Inc. and Zillow Group, where a significant tenure included roles as VP & GM of Mortgages, contributing to Zillow's rapid expansion. Previous positions include board memberships at Shelter Acquisition Corp and WaFd Bank, and senior leadership roles at Bank of America and Countrywide. Lantz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
