Lorena Sterjanaj Atupem

Lorena Sterjanaj Atupem is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic partnership and talent management across leading technology companies. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner Lead at Block, Lorena supports executive leaders in Engineering, Product, and Design within the Square business unit. Previously, Lorena held senior roles at Twitter, partnering with Corporate Functions, and at JUUL Labs, focusing on the Global Product organization and leading international HR expansion efforts. Additional experience includes roles at LiveRamp, where Lorena developed talent acquisition programs and served as a foundational hire in HR processes. Lorena holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Clark University, and has also studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
