Robert Andersen

Robert Andersen is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Block Principal Designer at Block since February 2024. Andersen's previous experience includes a Designer role at 1.0 from May 2020 to February 2024 and a significant tenure at Square from February 2009 to May 2020, where contributions included serving as Founding Designer and Co-Creator and Creative Director for Cash App, as well as overseeing the establishment of the company logo and branding. Prior to Square, Andersen worked as a MobileMe Visual Designer at Apple from October 2007 to May 2009 and began a freelance design career from February 2004 to October 2007.
