Colin Watt

Mr. Watt has over 20 years of experience as a director and/or officer of several public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. He has been the President of Squall Capital Corp. since February 1997, a private consulting company that specializes in financing, restructuring, and providing management services to early-stage public and private companies. Mr. Watt holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia (1993).
