David Patterson

Mr. Patterson has been involved with the founding and development of several public companies. Currently, Mr. Patterson is a director and officer of three natural resource exploration companies as well as CEO of Canada’s number one equity crowdfunding company, Vested Technology Corp. Mr. Patterson holds a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1991). For more than 30 years he has been involved in the administration and finance of exploration companies based in North America.
