Frederic Dion

Frederic Dion is an experienced professional in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and training, currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Blommer Chocolate Company since April 2022. In addition, Frederic is the Owner and Manager of Scrutor since January 2020. Previous roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Representative (Contractor) at The Hershey Company from February 2021 to March 2022, and Regional Sustainability Coordinator at Blommer Chocolate Co. from April 2014 to January 2020, focusing on sustainable practices and certification programs.
