Logan McCune

Logan McCune serves as the Head of People & Impact at Bloom, a social-impact staffing company dedicated to creating remote jobs in the developing world, since July 2021. In addition to this leadership role, Logan is an advisory board member for Bloom, providing strategic guidance on talent and business operations. Prior experience includes serving as EVP of Global People for Inbenta, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries, and as the Director of People & Culture at Rulesware, where Logan directed a 9+ member HR team across North America and Latin America. Logan has also held HR management positions at Buildingi and Northwestern Mutual, and has experience in training and recruitment management from earlier roles at Leap Wireless and HealthQuest Int. Logan McCune holds an MBA from Willamette University and a degree in Spanish and Business from Brigham Young University.
