Sarah Ramirez

Sarah Ramirez is a registered nurse with extensive experience in hospice care, community mental health, and case management. Currently serving as a Hospice RN at Bloom Healthcare since June 2024, Sarah specializes in end-of-life care with a focus on patient comfort and holistic support. At WellPower since December 2021, Sarah works as a Psych RN, coordinating care for clients in mental health crises. Previous roles include providing skilled nursing and case management through various travel agencies and organizations like the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
