Sera Holland

Sera Holland is the CEO of Ketchum UK, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy and innovation on a global scale, as well as acting as Deputy CEO for the UK branch since October 2021. Sera is actively involved in promoting gender equality in communications through various roles, including membership on the Campaigning Committee for WACL and serving as a mentor for the Creative Mentor Network and Brixton Finishing School for Digital Talent. Sera's leadership is reflected in co-founding The Fawnbrake Collective, which provides strategy and innovation consultancy services to high-profile clients. With a strong background in strategy consultation, Sera has held several pivotal roles, including CEO of Material GROUP and strategy consultant at Material GROUP. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
