Nishant Kumar

Nishant Kumar is a highly experienced financial journalist specializing in hedge funds. Currently a Senior Reporter at Bloomberg LP since October 2015, Nishant writes extensively on the hedge fund industry. Previously, Nishant served as the European Investment Management Correspondent at Thomson Reuters from July 2006 to October 2015, focusing on hedge funds and long-only funds. Nishant also held roles as the Asia Funds Correspondent and India Funds Correspondent, where coverage of both regional hedge funds and the Indian mutual funds market was developed from scratch. Earlier in Nishant's career, work as a Mutual Fund Analyst at Value Research and as a Sub Editor at Hindustan Times provided a solid foundation in financial journalism.
