Wenyu Gu

Wenyu Gu is a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP, where employment began in August 2022. Prior to this role, Wenyu served as a Teaching Assistant for the course CS440 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and CS357 Numerical Methods I at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from August 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Wenyu was a Research Assistant and Course Assistant for CS242 Programming Studio at the same university during 2020. Earlier, in July and August 2019, Wenyu interned at Clobotics Global. Wenyu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the same institution, earned in 2021. Educational background includes completion of the International Baccalaureate from the High School Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2014 and 2017.
