Heather Bybee

Heather Bybee is an experienced visual merchandising professional currently serving as the Visual Merchandiser Supervisor at Bloomingdale's Global Flagship since December 2022, where effective team management and creative execution drive store success. Previously, from August 2016 to July 2022, Heather held the role of Associate Manager of Visual Merchandising at Madewell, implementing strategies to enhance retail displays while collaborating with merchandising teams. Prior to Madewell, Heather worked as a Visual Merchandiser and Merchant at Dune Gift + Home, conducting market research and designing appealing displays from November 2018 to November 2021. Heather's career began as a Dance Professional at ANNEX DANCE COMPANY from 2007 to 2017, showcasing a deep commitment to the arts through choreography. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning with a minor in Dance from the College of Charleston.
