Penny Scott-Bayfield

Penny Scott-Bayfield is the current Executive Director at Bloomsbury Publishing. Prior to this, they held the position of Finance Director at Condé Nast Britain from July 2017 to July 2018. From October 2012 to December 2016, Ms. Scott-Bayfield was the Chairman of the Finance Directors' Group at PPA. Penny also has experience working with the Women of the Future Programme and was a judge for the Asian Women of Achievement Awards in 2015. Ms. Scott-Bayfield began their career with Condé Nast Publications in 2004, where they worked their way up to Financial Control Director over a thirteen-year period. In this role, they managed a team of 30 and was responsible for the finance for all of Conde Nast's UK businesses, including their digital operations.

Penny Scott-Bayfield began their educational career by completing a CFO Programme at Deloitte. Penny then went on to study Essentials of Leadership at the London Business School. Finally, they completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Maths at Durham University.
