Bernie Vent

Bernie Vent is an experienced Land Director with a strong background in residential development. Currently serving as Land Director at Bloor Homes since August 2022, Bernie previously held the same position at CALA Group Limited from June 2016 to August 2022, along with experience as a Senior Land Manager. Prior roles include Land Manager at Persimmon Homes from May 2013 to June 2016, where significant contributions were made to site acquisitions, and Assistant Manager at Spicerhaart following a graduate fast-track management training program. Bernie holds a BA (Hons) in Property Development & Planning from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2011.
