Paul Cappadona

Paul Cappadona is an experienced architect and technical lead with a robust background in developing high throughput, highly available network servers for gaming applications at Blowfish Studios since April 2011. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Macquarie Group from September 2015 to January 2020, and Senior Consultant at OpenText, where Paul specialized in WEM and contributed to various software products. At Amway of Australia, Paul held positions from eCommerce Developer to Technical Team Lead over a span of nearly 12 years, focusing on architecture, design, and implementation of eCommerce solutions and core system replacements. Paul holds a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2001.
