Andy Fennell

Andy Fennell has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in project management and consulting, primarily at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, where Andy has served as both a Project Consultant and Project Management Consultant since April 2019. Prior to this, Andy held various roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield from December 2008, including Business Consultant and Programmer/Analyst. Earlier career experience includes positions as Test Automation Supervisor, Senior Principle Support Analyst, and Systems Engineer at DST Health Solutions, as well as Application Architect at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University at Montgomery, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
