Erica Orton currently serves as the Director of Evaluation at Fair Food Network, where Erica leads the Evaluation department, overseeing internal impact assessments and external evaluations while fostering a culture of reflection and learning. Erica is also a member of the Michigan Good Food Charter Council and its Shared Measurement Committee. Prior to this, Erica played significant roles at the Minnesota Evaluation Association as Program Co-chair and at the Bush Foundation as Learning & Evaluation Manager. Additional experience includes serving as an Evaluation Associate at the Minnesota Historical Society, where Erica significantly expanded evaluation capacity, and teaching second grade at Rosa L. Parks Elementary School. Erica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Degree from the University of Minnesota and study abroad in Art & Art History in Venice, Italy.
