Brooke Edwards

Brooke Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health promotion, nutrition, and marketing communications. Serving as a Registered Dietitian Case Manager and Marketing Communications Specialist at Blue Cross NC since February 2014, Brooke has successfully executed health care marketing strategies, developed wellness programs for employer groups, and led initiatives to enhance worksite wellness. Prior experience includes roles at Advance Community Health as a Registered Dietitian Diabetes Educator, where Brooke provided critical nutrition education, and at the NC Department of Health and Human Services as a Communications Specialist, managing statewide health campaigns and digital outreach. Brooke's educational background includes a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida.
