Nitin Kadam

Nitin Kadam is an experienced enterprise architect consultant currently serving at Blue Cross NC since February 2016, where responsibilities include shaping the company's technical AI and IT vision, strategy, and future state technology. Nitin collaborates with business and technology leaders to define the enterprise AI Program, focusing on driving cross-functional alignment to advance AI initiatives and facilitate the translation of GenAI ideation into productionized solutions. Prior to this role, Nitin held various positions at Netflix from October 2010 to March 2016, including Senior Enterprise Architect and Enterprise Architect, and previously worked as a Solutions Architect at Cisco from July 2006 to October 2010, and as a Software Engineer. Nitin holds a Doctor of Engineering Science in Machine Learning from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Institute of Engineering & Technology DAVV in Indore.
