Mandy Franklin, MBA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Supervisor of Financial Reporting at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since June 2019, Mandy has previously held roles as Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant.
