Alejandra Johannes

Alejandra Johannes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Vendor Relationship Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since October 2024, Alejandra has previously held roles such as Team Leader II for Operational Development & Learning Management and for the Individual Business Call Center at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan. With a strong foundation in customer service from GreenPath Debt Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a team of 50 staff members, Alejandra also contributed to academic settings as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de San Andrés and coordinated postgraduate programs. Alejandra holds a BA in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés and has been a member of ALPFA National since 2012.
