Stephen Cohan has a great depth and breadth of experience in the prescription benefit management and health and wellness segments. Mr. Cohan recently retired from CVS Health, where he was responsible for enterprise health plan strategy, following a long tenure as the head of the health plan segment for CVS Caremark. Prior to that, he led the sales and service segment for WebMD Health, focused on health and wellness offerings for the employer market. Mr. Cohan spent more than a decade with Medco, one of the nation’s leading pharmacy benefits managers, where he was responsible for the national accounts segment, including large health plans and Fortune 500 employers. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohan was responsible for sales and account services for a healthcare marketing organization focused on the hospital segment. Mr. Cohan is a graduate of Connecticut College and lives in Barrington with his family. He is an advisor for the Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and sits on the board of New England Distance.org, a not-for-profit running club that provides after-school programs to middle schools in Rhode Island in track and field and cross-country.
