Jim Knapp

Jim Knapp has a robust background in clinical operations, analytics, and IT program management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Clinical Operations and Analytics at Blue Cross of Idaho since July 2019, Jim also holds a lengthy tenure at Blue Shield of California as IT Program Manager since March 2009. Prior to these roles, Jim worked at Franklin Templeton as IT Vendor Relationship Manager and at Etrade Financial as Product Manager and Lead Sr. Business System Analyst. Jim began their career in 1996 at Franklin/Templeton as Sr. Business Operations Analyst. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1991 and 1996.
