Kathy McGuire

Kathy McGuire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Retention and Operations at Blue Cross of Idaho since June 2014, Kathy has successfully implemented online enrollment systems and customer relationship tools to enhance broker and consultant effectiveness. Previously, as Sales Director at UnitedHealthCare Medicare and Retirement, Kathy developed and executed strategies to surpass targets for Medicare-related products in Oregon. Kathy's background also includes significant leadership roles at Prudential Financial, where oversight encompassed financial and operational activities across 17 states, and Nationwide Insurance, where administrative operations and sales force development were key responsibilities. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
