Caitlyn Phillips

Caitlyn Phillips is an experienced marketing professional with a background in social media strategy and community engagement. Currently serving as an Associate Marketing Consultant at Blue Door Consulting since March 2021, Caitlyn also holds a role as a Community Partner for 18 Coffees since August 2020. Previously, Caitlyn worked at BCV for six years, advancing from Junior Account Executive to Senior Account Executive, where responsibilities included leading a team and developing social media strategies for over 20 hotels. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Caitlyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs in 2014.
