At Blue Fern Travel, we tell the stories of DC's iconic neighborhoods through food and drink.  Focusing on all things local, we pride ourselves on supporting district neighborhoods, and the small businesses that make them so unique by telling their stories and history. 

After years of traveling, we've found the richest ways to connect to communities is through food and the stories behind that food, so we decided to bring that to DC. 

We provide curated culinary connections to DC neighborhoods, taking you off the beaten path, where you'll find local famous classics, hidden gems, and discover the stories behind the cuisine that you'll enjoy. 

We're also extremely proud to be DC's only one-for-one food tour, where a portion of every ticket sale goes to feed DC residents in need through our partnership with Bread For The City.

We offer small group public tours Thursday through Sunday, year-round. Private tours can be coordinated for any day of the week, with flexiblity on start time. Private and group tours can be as small as 2 and as large as 200! Ask us how we can make your next private event simple to coordinate!
