Sheryl Shara

Sheryl Shara is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in digital banking and electronic funds transfer management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President Digital Banking Manager at Blue Foundry Bank since September 2021, Sheryl has effectively utilized skills honed during a distinguished tenure at Investors Bank from November 1999 to March 2021, where positions included Vice President EFT Manager and Assistant Vice President EFT Manager. In these roles, Sheryl managed extensive debit card and ATM operations, led department teams, and implemented significant upgrades, including a comprehensive card conversion project and business continuity plans. Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kean University.
